The new Administration is moving housing policy in radically new directions. We need to know what’s going on in D.C and how it will affect our work on the ground. Fred Karnas, Senior Advisor to HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan, will bring us up to date with HUD’s current priorities and what to expect in the future. Kathleen A. Merrigan, Dep. Secretary of Agriculture, will discuss the direction of USDA housing policy as well as the challenges and opportunities in rural housing as it relates to the USDA.
